WasteXpert

The WasteXpert Dewaterer is a compact, easy and cost-effective solution to handle large quantities of food waste. The wastes from the bins are put into it which is crushed, washed and dewatered. This reduces the volume of your food waste by almost 60-70% and can subsequently be fed into eco bins for manure conversion.

WasteXpert Pro

The WasteXpert Dewaterer Pro is an efficient stand-alone solution for handling high volume of food waste. This avoids the need of cold-storages for waste handling at commercial facilities. The equipment extracts the excess liquid from the solid waste through centrifugal action and reduces the volume of food waste by almost 80 – 90%.

The working process of this equipment is similar to the standard Dewaterer model. Additionally, it can handle higher capacity of food waste (600 kg) per hour.

IMC- Waste Station

Food waste comprises of up to 80% liquid and can be extremely costly to dispose of. WasteStation grinds the food waste into fine particles, these particles feed directly into the built-in dewatering system. Through centrifugal action, the WasteStation forces out the excess liquid from the macerated waste. This “grey water” is fed directly to drain, the resulting solid fraction of the food waste is collected in small, easily managed, lidded bins, ready for onward processing.

Rendisk Solus Eco

Rendisk Solus Eco innovative standalone system has an extremely small footprint and fits in any kitchen or garbage room. Food waste is loaded into the hopper, it is grounded and dehydrated using a special centrifugal technique. Using this technique, food waste volume is reduced by up to 80%, lowering your removal costs dramatically. The resulting dry pulp is collected in a 30litre bin for environmental disposal.
