fat fryersThis range of deep fat fryers with "cold
zone" is espacially suited to fast food cooking.
It is also the necessary complement to catering
equipment. Cold zone: This technology of fat filtering
by decantation enables to fry successively in
the same fat, fish, chips, fritters... with a
low consumption of fat and without burning frying
residues. Accurate: The bulb thermostat in stainless
steel is highly sensitive and operates the pilot
light. Complete safety: These fryers are supplied
with a safety thermostat with resetting and further
safety for fat level: if the fat level is not
sufficient, the fryer stops automatically. Rapidity:
Quick temperature rising and cooking thanks to
the power of the heating element, especially treated.
Cleanliness: The five removable parts among which
the gastronorm container in 18/10 stainless steel
are of an easy and rapid cleaning. Practical:
The rectangular shape is especially designed for
the entire fish. The baskets are fitted with thermosetting
handles.
Models RF 5 DS, RF 8 DS and RF 12 DS are equiped
with two frying containers and two independent
control-boxes for simultaneous or separated cooking.
Models RF 12 S, RF 12 DS can be supplied with
one large basket or two half-baskets.
