Those gas or electric gyros grills are particularly
adapted for preparation of hot sandwiches filled
with meat (veal, lamb...) named shoarmas. They
grill uniformaly meat pieces from 15 to 40 kgs
depending on models. A top cooking is assured
thanks to the possible adjustment of spit to heating
source. Wide drip pan is based on 4 ball bearings
to avoid torsions of motor. Plug for using an
electrical knife.
Electric version: fitted with 2 to 4 armoured
heating elements, separately regulated.
GRE 40 - GRE 60 - GRE 80. Gas version: fitted
with 2 to 4 gas burners which can be regulated
individually. Satefy device.
